Mobile Banking

With Mobile Banking, you can access your account information from any mobile phone using our app, mobile web access or text messaging. You can even deposit checks with Mobile Deposit! Imagine the convenience of viewing account balances, recent transactions, depositing checks or transferring funds from your mobile phone between Coop accounts. You can also use our convenient iPad® App.

You can even pay your bills from anywhere with mobile bill pay service or transfer money to others using our Person 2 Person payments feature. Both are available to our online bill pay subscribers.

 The use of the mobile app requires that you are enrolled in our online banking and the initial setup must be completed via the website before accessing the app.

With Mobile Banking, you have a choice of accessing your account information three different ways:

1. Smart Phone App

  • View real time account balances
  • View transaction history
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Deposit checks from your mobile device (when conditions below are met this feature can be enabled for the customer.)
  • Pay bills from your mobile phone
  • Transfer funds to another person with our P2P payment option
  • Locate a nearby ATM
  • App is currently available on iPhone®, compatible iPad®, as well as Android Phones.

 

2. Mobile Web Banking*

  • View real time account balances
  • View transaction history
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Pay bills from your mobile phone
  • Locate a nearby ATM
  • Mobile web access is required

 

3. Text Banking*

  • View real time account balances
  • View recent transaction history
  • You don't need Internet access on your phone
  • Standard text rates apply
  • Reply HELP to 48179 for help. Reply STOP to 25215 to cancel.

 

Mobile Check Deposit

 A Co-op Mobile customer is eligible when the following conditions are met. Contact the bank to have this feature enabled.

  •  Checking account has been open for at least 30 days
  • The account has demonstrated consistent deposit activity
  • The account owner is current on all obligations to the bank and the account is not subject to any legal or administrative order or levy, such as bankruptcy or tax lien
